REFUND POLICY

Meetings and events: fees for attendance (including meal costs, if any) at workshops, seminars, general meetings, group sessions and other educational events will be refunded in full if a written cancellation from the attendee is received no less than five (5) working days prior to the date of the event.

Membership fees (dues): Membership fees are non-refundable.

Fees associated with trade shows, reverse trade shows and/or multi-day events: booth and sponsorship fees are fully refundable if a written cancellation is received no less than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the event. No refunds will be made for cancellations received within sixty (60) days of the first day of the show. Advertising fees are not refundable.
